How do I use my Dealtificate and what are the rules? |

Once the sale has ended print the Dealtificate from your account and head on over to the merchant. Each Dealtificate is individually numbered and bar-coded and can be used once unless specified otherwise. Merchants have a master list and they will check your uniquely numbered Dealtificate off once you have redeemed it.
All the unique rules for each deal are listed in the "Details" box the day it is featured. Click here to see the rules that apply to all deals.
Always remember to tip those who serve you on the pre discounted total, 15%-18% is customary. |

I just bought the deal of the day. How do I print it? |

To access your Dealtifiicate voucher please log into your account with the email and password you originally registered with. Once inside your profile first activate your voucher then click on the "print" link directly below the deal description and a pdf file will open.

What is the DealChips Rewards Program and how does it work? |

Dealtificate rewards you with DealChips for logging in daily to your account, purchase loyalty, referrals, and sharing the daily deal. Once you accumulate enough DealChips they can be used to buy future deals. Click Here to learn how the DealChips Program works. |

Why can't I print the deal I just purchased? |

Your Dealtificate voucher is available to print and redeem the next business day or after the sale clock runs out. Keep in mind that deals you purchase on Friday run over the weekend and will be available on Monday. Your purchase will be listed in your account but the print button will be disabled until the sale is complete. |

What happens after I activate my Dealtificate voucher? |

Activating your Dealtificate allows you to print it out for redemption. Each dealtificate is guaranteed up to the expiration date or seven days from activation which ever occurs first. Activating your voucher in no way effects the promotional value with the merchant it is valid up to the expiration date. |

How long do I have to use my Dealtificate? |

Each Dealtificate voucher has an expiration date. Generally, it’s 12 months from the date of purchase. |

Is Dealtificate supposed to be a gift? |

You can buy additional Dealtificate vouchers for friends (it helps reach our minimum), but first & foremost people buy for the all-important me, myself and I! |

Can I use another special offer with my Dealtificate? |
